India, Sept. 25 -- REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited under the Ministry of Power, has handed over two project-specific Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to their respective successful bidders. The handover took place on September 23, 2026, following the completion of the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process conducted by RECPDCL as the Bid Process Coordinator.
