India, Aug. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his Independence Day address from the Red Fort, unveiled the concept of 'Sapta Dhara' (Seven Streams), identifying seven key areas that he said would provide India with the strength and momentum needed to enter its next phase of growth and achieve the vision of 'Viksit Bharat'.
