New Delhi, Oct. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa met at Hyderabad House in New Delhi, where they planted a sapling before holding talks.
Ukhnaa arrived in New Delhi for a four-day State Visit to India, receiving a Guard of Honour and a ceremonial welcome at the airport. This is Ukhnaa's first visit to India after assuming office.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated that the partnership between India and Mongolia, established in 1955, spans across sectors such as defence, security, parliamentary exchanges, development partnership, energy, mining, information technology, education, healthcare, and cultural cooperation.
