India, June 2 -- NTPC Kanti has appointed Pankaj Kumar Gupta as its new Head of Project. Gupta, who currently serves as Chief General Manager, brings more than 34 years of experience in the power sector and extensive expertise across engineering, project management and energy transition initiatives.

An NTPC veteran, Gupta joined the company in 1991 as an Executive Trainee and has since held several key leadership roles across the organisation. Over the course of his career, he has contributed significantly to project engineering, mechanical systems, environmental management, strategic planning and clean energy initiatives.
