India, May 29 -- The power station received the Gold Category OHS&E Excellence Award 2026 from the International Business Conference (IBC) for its strong performance in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHS&E) management.

The award was accepted by Rajiv Ranjan, AGM (Safety) on behalf of the station.

In a separate recognition, NTPC Bongaigaon won the 12th Greentech CSR Award 2026 in the Healthcare Promotion (Rural) category, acknowledging its community healthcare and rural development initiatives undertaken through corporate social responsibility programmes.

The CSR award was received by Smriti Das, Executive (CSR, LA & R&R).
