New Delhi, Oct. 6 -- NTPC Bongaigaon has provided financial and material support to young footballer Master Sandeep Narzary from Bangalpara village, who was selected for the Under-13 Football Training Programme at Sudeva Delhi FC.

Coming from a financially challenged background, Sandeep's selection from the Bodoland Territorial Region signifies a significant achievement. NTPC Bongaigaon contributed rs 25,000 for Sandeep's travel, accommodation, and sustenance, alongside rs 7,500 worth of sports essentials.

The initiative reflects NTPC's commitment to nurturing local sports talent and empowering youth through community engagement efforts, aligning with its vision of promoting holistic development in the region.
