India, March 4 -- NTPC Bongaigaon observed the 55th National Safety Day with a series of initiatives aimed at reinforcing safety awareness and strengthening adherence to operational protocols across departments.

The programme commenced with the unfurling of the Safety Flag and administration of the Safety Pledge by Head of Project Arnab Maitra, who underscored strict compliance with safety standards in plant operations.

Senior officials, including GM (O&M) Anurag Gupta and CISF representatives, reiterated the collective responsibility of employees and contract workers in ensuring a secure workplace.
