India, July 9 -- NLC India Limited (NLCIL) and National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to develop a 1,080 MW coal-based captive thermal power plant at Angul, Odisha. The project will strengthen energy security, support NALCO's expansion plans and reinforce India's industrial growth.
