India, Sept. 20 -- Indian Railways has approved Kavach 4.0 deployment across 607.7 route kilometres in the Lucknow Division of Northeast Frontier Railway at a cost of 252 crore. It has also sanctioned 209 crore for Electronic Interlocking at seven stations in the Solapur Division.
