India, Nov. 5 -- India's renewable energy manufacturing sector has achieved a significant milestone, with domestic solar module manufacturing capacity crossing 200 GW and solar cell manufacturing capacity reaching approximately 45 GW. The expansion reflects the country's growing capabilities across the solar manufacturing value chain and its efforts to strengthen domestic production of clean energy equipment. India's wind energy manufacturing ecosystem has also advanced, with domestic manufacturers now covering a significant share of the wind turbine value chain.
