India, June 22 -- Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026 across its offices nationwide, with around 500 employees participating in wellness activities. The event, aligned with the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing," highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being and a healthy lifestyle.
