India, Oct. 2 -- Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) has signed an MoU with NPCIL to develop a proposed nuclear power project at Dhuvaran with around 4,000 MW capacity. The project, involving potential investment of nearly Rs1 lakh crore, marks GSECL's entry into the nuclear power sector.
