India, Aug. 5 -- The Department of Posts has opened special Rakhi counters at 34 post offices across Delhi and at New Delhi and Delhi Railway Stations to ensure timely delivery of Rakhi consignments. Customers are advised to book parcels early using 24 SPEED POST or 48 SPEED POST services.
