New Delhi, Oct. 18 -- The Union Minister for Communications and Development of the North Eastern Region, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, has reported that the Ministry of Development of the Northeast (MDoNER)'s expenditure on projects in the region reached an all-time high of Rs 3,447.71 crore in FY 2024-25, marking a 74.4% increase over the previous year and over 200 per cent growth in three years.

This performance reflects the emphasis of MDoNER on fiscal discipline, digital monitoring, and timely delivery. The region has transformed from a frontier into a front-runner, symbolizing confidence and competitiveness.
