India, Oct. 21 -- The police have busted a sex racket in Odisha's Jajpur district and detained six persons including three women in this connection. Buy Maps

The sex racket was operating inside a two-storey house on the Nahaka-Tentulikhunta road under Jajpur Road police station limits, reports said.

Three women allegedly involved in prostitution, two customers and a suspected middleman have been detained in connection with the case.

According to sources, police launched a raid after receiving a tip-off about the alleged illegal activity. The operation was conducted by teams from three police stations and a special squad under the leadership of Jajpur Road Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Sarat Chandra Patra.
