India, Aug. 3 -- A State-Level Project Monitoring Committee (SLPMC), chaired by Odisha Chief Secretary Anu Garg, on Monday reviewed the Project Proposal Report (PPR) for the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack-Puri-Paradeep Economic Region (BKPPER) development programme.

The panel held detailed discussions on advancing the project under the Externally Aided Projects (EAP) framework. The BKPPER has been selected as one of four pilot economic regions under the first phase of the Centre's City Economic Region (CER) scheme.
