India, March 20 -- The police have recovered mobile phones, cash and narcotic substances from the premises of Choudwar Circle Jail in Odisha's Cuttack district.

These items were found hidden under the ground outside the cells of the prison. The cops have seized the mobile phones, cash and narcotic items and launched a probe in this regard.
