India, March 10 -- In a shocking incident, a man allegedly went on a shooting spree killing his wife and injuring another person in Odisha's Kandhamal district. The accused reportedly opened fire over suspected past enmity, though the exact motive behind the attack is yet to be ascertained.
The man - identified as Biranchi Behera of Sarupada village under Krandibali panchayat - has been detained while police has initiated an investigation into the matter.
