India, June 13 -- Altogether 2,746 Agniveers, including 116 women Agniveers, successfully passed out from INS Chilka in Odisha.

The Agniveers along with 265 Naviks of the Indian Coast Guard passed out from INS Chilka after completing 16 weeks of rigorous training, said the Indian Navy.

"As many as 3,011 trainees successfully passed out from INS Chilka on June 12. The Passing Out Parade marked their successful transformation from recruits into disciplined, motivated and professionally trained personnel, ready to take on the challenges of naval service," it added.
