India, June 13 -- In a coordinated statewide crackdown, police on Saturday carried out extensive raids on alleged cattle smuggling networks across Bhadrak, Balasore and Mayurbhanj districts, targeting multiple locations linked to illegal cattle transportation activities.

Acting on intelligence inputs, police teams conducted simultaneous operations in several areas, including Govindarajpur and Talapada under Baishinga police limits in Mayurbhanj district, as well as multiple locations in Bhadrak and Balasore districts. The raids were carried out from early morning under tight security arrangements.
