The deceased, Subarna Amanatya of Podapadar village under Borigumma block, was a student of Nuagam Ashram School.
Family informed after condition deteriorated
According to reports, the 13-year-old girl student had fallen ill and her family was informed around 9 am on Thursday. Relatives rushed to the hostel soon after receiving the information.
The girl was taken to the Borigumma Community health Centre (CHC) by her family, where doctors declared her dead after initial treatment.
