India, Sept. 11 -- Shares of Yarrow Bioscience Inc (YARW) are falling around 7 percent on Friday morning after the company announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of about 5.8 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price per share of $26.00.
The company's stock is currently trading at $26.55, down 6.65 percent, over the previous close of $28.44 on the Nasdaq. It has traded between $26.00 and $27.10 in the past one year.
