(WW), operating as Weight Watchers, on Thursday reported third-quarter 2026 financial results, with growth in its higher-value Clinical and Core+ subscription offerings helping offset lower overall revenue. The company also narrowed its full-year 2026 revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance.
Third-Quarter 2026 Results
Revenue for the third quarter 2026 was $152.9 million from $172 million, down 11% year over year.
Clinical Subscription Revenue increased 48% to $38.0 million from $26 million, accounting for 25% of total revenue, compared with 15% in the prior-year quarter.
