India, Sept. 23 -- Shares of Voyager Technologies, Inc. (VOYG) are falling about 14 percent on Wednesday morning, possibly after the company's announcement yesterday about plans to offer $350 million of convertible senior notes due 2032 in a private offering.
Shares of the company slipped 13.90 percent to $32.31 on the New York Stock Exchange, compared with the previous closing price of $37.53. The stock has traded in a 52-week range of $17.41 to $52.40.
