India, Sept. 28 -- The United States and China have agreed to cut tariffs imposed on $30 billion worth of trade in non-sensitive goods on each side.
The White House and the Chinese Commerce Ministry published two lists of goods that are eligible for preferential treatment, which includes 1,619 U.S. items and 77 Chinese goods.
This was agreed during Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to the United States last week. The deal is expected to boost bilateral trade and ease tensions over U.S.-China trade war.
