India, Sept. 30 -- Unite Group Plc (UTG.L), a student accommodation provider, announced on Wednesday the sale of its 444-bed King's Place development site to an affiliate of Far East Orchard for 60 million pounds. The disposal is part of the Group's strategy to realise value from development land and other non-student assets.
The sale represents a 3 percent discount to the site's June 2026 book value and is expected to be completed in mid-October, the company said in an official statement.
The company said that the disposal was included in its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings guidance of 41.5 pence to 43.0 pence, which remains unchanged.
