India, June 23 -- Shares of uniQure N.V. (QURE) are gaining around 6 percent on Tuesday morning, possibly after the company's announcement yesterday about a proposed $150 million underwritten public offering to strengthen its balance sheet and support ongoing development programs.
The company's shares are currently trading at $47.26 on the Nasdaq, up 6.45 percent. The stock opened at $44.39 and has climbed as high as $48.66 so far in today's session. Over the past year, it has traded in a range of $8.73 to $71.50.
