India, Sept. 21 -- Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd. (TLSA), a biotechnology company, on Monday announced the dosing of the last patient in the Phase 2a INFORM-MS trial for Foralumab in patients with non-active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (na-SPMS).
Foralumab is an investigational, anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody designed to target T regulatory cells when administered intranasally. The drug was administered to 14 na-SPMS patients through an expanded access program, as the company determined that the intranasal pathway for immunomodulation presented a new opportunity for treating inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases.
