India, Sept. 3 -- Thursday, The Toro Company (TTC) announced financial results for its fiscal third quarter, reporting earnings of $77.0 million, or $0.81 per share, compared to $53.5 million, or $0.54 per share, in the previous year.

Adjusted earnings stood at $126.8 million, or $1.33 per share, compared to $122.5 million, or $1.24 per share, in the prior year.

Net sales rose to $1.226 billion from last year's $1.131 billion.

Looking ahead to fiscal 2026, the company has raised its net sales growth outlook, expecting it in the range of 6.3% to 6.6%, up from the previous range of 4.0% to 6.5%. Also, the company sees adjusted EPS in the range of $4.60 to $4.65, up from the previous range of $4.50 to $4.62.
