India, Aug. 1 -- The National will return to the stage this October for their first live performance since 2024 and their only scheduled concert of 2026.
The indie rock band will headline "The National and Friends" on October 18 at the Kursaal Donostia in San Sebastian, Spain, as part of the AB100 festival celebrating the 50th birthdays of band members Aaron and Bryce Dessner.
The event will feature performances from The National alongside collaborators including Kevin Morby, Ben Howard, Jon Hopkins, Mina Tindle, Richard Reed Parry, Anais Mitchell, Ragnar Kjartansson, Lisa Hannigan, Pomme, Ye Vagabonds and Angie McMahon, with additional artists to be announced.
