India, April 21 -- The Thai Stock market on Tuesday ended the three-day slide in which it had slumped almost 25 points or 1.6 percent. The Stock Exchange of Thailand now sits just above the 1,480-point plateau although it may head south again on Wednesday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets remains grim thanks to ongoing geopolitical concerns in the Middle East. The European and U.S. markets were down and the Asian bourses are expected to follow that lead.
