T3 Defense To Acquire Keepzone AI From Nexera Technologies; Shares Down

India, Oct. 27 -- On Monday, T3 Defense (DFNS) signed an agreement to acquire 100% of KeepZone AI from Nexera Technologies (NEXR). KeepZone specializes in homeland security technology distribution, integration, and marketing.

After the deal closes, it is expected to lead T3 Defense's homeland security sales and business development, serving critical infrastructure, law enforcement, public safety and border security customers in Israel and international markets.

KeepZone will add sales and business development capabilities to T3 Defense's engineering and manufacturing businesses.

On Nasdaq, T3 Defense was trading 6.20 percent down, at $3.6300.
