India, July 23 -- Singapore-listed Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (P3G.F) on Thursday reported a rise in first-half distribution per unit, mainly driven by lower finance costs and a positive change in the fair value of financial derivatives.
Income available for distribution to Unitholders increased to S$59.12 million or 3.936 cents per unit from S$46.75 million or 3.155 cents per unit a year ago.
Total return after tax attributable to unitholders of the Trust and perpetual securities holders was S$107.56 million or 3.345 cents per unit, compared with a loss of S$43.54 million or 1.729 per unit in the first half of 2025.
