India, Oct. 28 -- Legendary artist Stevie Wonder has reportedly sued his one-time fiancee, Carmen Efferson, to evict her from one of his homes, where she has been living for nearly 40 years.
According to Rolling Stone, Efferson has lived in the Grammy winner's three-bedroom Hollywood Hills property free of charge since 1988 following an oral agreement.
According to reports, Efferson allegedly refused entry to Wonder's representatives when they wanted to inspect the property as part of an insurance renewal. She also reportedly sent an email to Wonder's attorney on July 25th, telling him to "f**k the f**k off."
