India, Sept. 16 -- On Wednesday, Star Energy Group plc (STAR.L) reported a profit in the first half of 2026, compared to the loss in the same half last year, due to higher revenue generated.
Profit before tax for the period dropped to 0.63 million pounds from 4.51 million pounds a year ago.
Profit attributable to the owners of the parent for the period was 2.54 million pounds or 1.75 pence per share compared to the loss of 3.92 million pounds or 2.97 pence per share in the prior year.
Adjusted EBITDA went up to 5.6 million pounds from 4.9 million pounds in the previous year.
Revenue for the period went up to 23.22 million pounds from 18.30 million pounds a year ago.
