India, Oct. 19 -- Standex International Corp. (SXI) on Monday announced the appointment of Samantha Stoddard as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective December 1, 2026.
Stoddard joins Standex from JELD-WEN Holding, where she serves as Executive Vice President and CFO. She will report to Standex Chairman, President and CEO David Dunbar, succeeding Ademir Sarcevic, who has continued as CFO while the company searched for a successor.
Sarcevic will remain CFO until Stoddard joins, then focus on accelerating growth in Standex's Electronics segment and overseeing selected corporate initiatives.
