The company's bottom line totaled ZAR203.31 million, or ZAR0.238 per share. This compares with ZAR176.58 million, or ZAR0.205 per share, last year.

Excluding items, Stadio Holdings Ltd reported adjusted earnings of ZAR207.39 million or ZAR0.242 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the period rose 12.9% to ZAR1.080 billion from ZAR956.81 million last year.
