India, July 6 -- Shares of Solstice Advanced Materials, Inc. (SOLS) fell more than 14% on Monday morning after the company announced a $14.5 billion cash-and-stock deal to acquire Element Solutions Inc.

The stock is currently trading at $68.73, down $11.46 or 14.29%, on the Nasdaq. It opened at $73.39 after closing the previous session at $80.19. The stock has traded between $40.43 and $90.80 over the past 52 weeks.
