India, Aug. 24 -- Singapore's consumer price inflation increased for the second straight month in July to the highest level in nearly two years, data published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Ministry of Trade and Industry showed on Monday.
The consumer price index, or CPI, climbed 2.2 percent year-over-year in July, faster than the 1.9 percent rise in June.
Further, this was the highest inflation rate since August 2024, when prices had risen the same 2.2 percent.
