India, Aug. 10 -- Shares of SeaStar Medical Holding Corporation (ICU) are up 13% today as the company gears up to report its second-quarter 2026 financial results on August 12, with investors focused on its commercial progress and clinical development of its Selective Cytopheretic Device (SCD) therapy.

The company markets QUELIMMUNE (SCD-PED), which was approved by the FDA in 2024 for critically ill pediatric patients with life-threatening acute kidney injury (AKI) associated with sepsis or septic conditions requiring renal replacement therapy.

SeaStar Medical is also conducting the NEUTRALIZE-AKI pivotal clinical trial evaluating its SCD therapy in adults with AKI requiring continuous renal replacement therapy.
