India, June 15 -- Stock of Roma Green Finance Limited (ROMA) is falling around 9 percent in Monday morning trading after the company announced a non-binding letter of intent to subscribe for a 5% equity interest in BlueFlare Group Holdings Inc. for $15 million.
The company's stock is currently trading at $7.24, down 9.68 percent, over the previous close of $8.01 on the Nasdaq. It has traded between $1.16 and $11.77 in the past one year.
