India, June 24 -- Primary Health Properties plc (PHP.L) is in advanced discussions with an investor about forming a joint venture involving its private hospital portfolio, the company confirmed on Wednesday.
PHP said it has been reviewing options to unlock more value from the portfolio, including bringing in outside investors through a joint venture.
The company said discussions are ongoing and subject to approvals and that it will continue to evaluate options for the portfolio.
