India, Sept. 1 -- Polaryx Therapeutics Inc. (PLYX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, on Tuesday reported the appointment of Dr. Will Charlton as Chief Medical Officer (CMO), effective from September 1, 2026.
His appointment follows the resignation of former CMO, Dr. Lisa Bollinger, on July 19, 2026.
Dr. Charlton is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist specializing in rare diseases and pediatric drug development. Previously, he acted as Vice President of Clinical Development, Skeletal Dysplasia at Tyra Biosciences (TYRA), and prior to that served as CMO of Spruce Biosciences (SPRB).
