India, Aug. 19 -- Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (PLYM) surged 49.93 percent to $21.95 on Wednesday, up $7.31, after announcing it received an unsolicited, non-binding proposal from Sixth Street Partners to acquire all outstanding shares for $24.10 per share in cash.
The stock opened at $22.11 and traded between $21.52 and $22.65, with trading volume jumping to 3.89 million shares, well above the average of 374,000 on the New York Stock Exchange.
Plymouth's 52-week range is $12.70 to $24.70.
