India, July 20 -- Personalis, Inc. (PSNL) shares fell $1.54, or 10.01 percent, to $13.85 on Monday, after the precision oncology company agreed to be acquired by Tempus AI in a deal valued at $1.5 billion.
The stock opened at $14.51 and traded between $13.15 and $14.75 during the session on the Nasdaq. It has traded in a 52-week range of $3.84 to $16.39. Trading volume reached 4.14 million shares, compared with an average daily volume of 3.59 million shares.
