India, Sept. 1 -- German real estate investment company PATRIZIA SE (PTZIF,PAT.F,PAT.DE) announced on Monday the launch of Sustainable Communities London or SC London, in association with Fabrix, a London-based real estate developer.
SC London is a joint venture with over 100 million pounds of investment capacity, created with the aim of addressing London's acute housing shortage problem.
PATRIZIA said that the platform will start with an initial 45 million pounds equity commitment of client capital managed by the company and will focus on repurposing underused urban land and buildings to offer sustainable, affordable, and alternative housing solutions.
