India, Sept. 16 -- Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (ONT.L), a company developing nanopore-based molecular sensing technology, said Wednesday the Munich Local Division of the Unified Patent Court has granted a preliminary injunction against MGI Tech GmbH over its Cyclone sequencing systems.
The injunction follows Oxford Nanopore's application alleging that MGI's CycloneSEQ-WT02, CycloneSEQ-WY01, G100-ER and G400-ER sequencing systems infringe two of its patents, EP 2 422 198 and EP 2 715 343. The claim also covers other systems using materially the same sequencing technology.
Under the order, MGI Tech must stop making, selling, using, importing, storing or supplying the affected sequencing systems and related flow cells. The injunction ap...
