India, July 2 -- Shares of Ouster, Inc. (OUST) fell more than 13% on Thursday morning after the lidar technology company priced a $200 million underwritten public offering of common stock.

The stock is currently trading at $52.21, down $7.81 or 13.02%, on the Nasdaq. It opened at $58.33 after closing the previous session at $60.02. The stock has traded between $16.40 and $63.79 over the past 52 weeks.

Ouster priced the offering of 3.6 million shares at $55.22 per share, with expected proceeds of about $200 million before underwriting discounts and expenses. The
