India, Oct. 22 -- NurExone Biologic (NRX.V, NRXBF) announced that it doubled exosome production by operating two bioreactors in parallel without increasing overall manufacturing time. The process maintained consistency and comparable exosome quality, marking a step forward in the company's scalable manufacturing strategy.
The parallel production run achieved twice the exosome yield while preserving comparable particle size, identity markers, purity and anti-inflammatory activity.
The findings provide initial evidence that production capacity can be expanded by adding standardized manufacturing units rather than investing in larger bioreactors.
