India, June 17 -- New Zealand will on Thursday release Q1 numbers for gross domestic product, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity. In the previous three months, GDP was up 0.2 percent on quarter and 1.3 percent on year.

The central bank in Indonesia will wrap up its monetary policy meeting and then announce its decision on interest rates; the bank is widely expected to keep its benchmark lending rate (5.50 percent), deposit facility rate (4.50 percent) and lending facility rate (6.25 percent) all unchanged.
